A multi-tool device that acts as both a communicator and a foldaway computer. Comms contain a Spellbook as software – spellware on them. They must be connected to a network to work fully. They consume magic and use spells to work. They are expensive and not ubiquitous like cellphones in our world. They can also act as a communicator and not consume magic, just energy and bandwidth. (Communicators are cheap and ubiquitous and don’t require magic to use, but not as powerful.) Comms are like a foldable data-pad/phone combo.
